The 0.16.0 branch doesn't build anymore with recent GTK+ versions. As
we have a branch, maybe we could commit a patch in it so that people
wanting to use it could? Inspired from kou's fix in trunk 2 weeks ago,
here's an attempt:

IMHO, we doesn't have resources to maintain a branch and
trunk... It's better that we release 0.17.0 as soon as
possible and mark 0.16.0 is deprecated.
